Looking for a great cheap mini vacation?

Me and my girlfriend are twenty three and live on the south side of Chicago.We are trying to figure out somewhere to go in the last week of October from Tuesday around 7pm til Friday for the Trick o Treaters. We are driving and looking just to get away and hang out for those couple of days. Destinations we have already shot down were Memphis, Niagara Falls, and Kings Island. We need some help because I think I should make reservations soon too save money maybe not though? Help
