Cheap vacation in san francisco area?

I’m on a limited budget but was wondering if there were any places people could go to around the bay area for cheap like under 100 bucks? I already live in the area - vallejo. Any nice camping places hotels?
Not camping IN San Francisco, but preferably somewhere not to far. It would be kind of nice to find a cheap cabin or something.

    The bay why not lake berryessa or somewhere closer like that.
