Where is it pretty cheap? I searched up Costa Rica and its like $1500 per person…
The average price should be somewhere below $1000 per person. I heard Europe is pretty cheap in the winter time-i would love to go to europe again.

The warm places are lots of flights because people want to different places such as europe the prices may be fiercer would include airfare and more affordable per person because people want to london or paris.
